Classic Remodeling <br /> g <br /> l UW, Inc. <br /> This letter is to respond to the items asked for by Jeff Heilman on plan check number <br /> B1311-013. <br /> Item #1 — Page 1 and page 2 show the tempered glass in the front windows and side <br /> windows to the dining room and living room to the main floor and to the French doors <br /> to both the main and second levels. <br /> Item #2 - The window schedule has been corrected to show the width first and height <br /> second on all of the windows. The window call outs on the plans have also been <br /> corrected. <br /> Item #3 — Page #2, basement plan, shows the 2x6 firred out walls with the R-21 <br /> insulation. It also shows the uninhabited area in the basement instead of the media <br /> room. Page #2, second story plan also shows the 2x6 framing with the R-21 insulation. <br /> The wall detail on page #4 also shows the R-21 insulation on the new framing to the <br /> second story. <br /> Item #4— Page #1 shows all of the new 4x12 headers to the main level and page #2 <br /> shows the new 4x12 headers with R-10 ridgid on the second story. <br /> Item #5 — Page #3 shows the location and attachment of the metal balcony on the <br /> second story to the structure and the spacing of the balusters of not more than 4 <br /> inches apart to the metal balcony. Page #9, details numbered 1 and 2 show the back <br /> deck area, its construction and the spacing of the balusters of not more than 4 inches <br /> apart. <br /> Item #6 — Page # 1 and page #5 shows the beam location and floor joist attachment to <br /> the main beam in the kitchen holding up the existing 2x8 floor joists.
