Page #2 basement floor plan shows the <br /> high performance water heater to be rated at EF 0.62. We are using section 5A under <br /> the R406.2 requirements. <br /> Item #8 — page #7, detail A shows the required ridge vent for the top ventilation and <br /> details B and C shows the (3) 1 % inch holes drilled into each roof cavity to achieve the <br /> needed ventilation at the bottom of each cavity. All holes to be screened. Page # 3 and <br /> 4 also shows the ridge vent on the elevations. <br /> Item #9 — Page #8 shows the 2x6 framing on the dormer with the 2x8 ridge board and <br /> the R-21 insulation in the dormer walls. <br /> Thank you very much for your prompt attention to these corrections as we are under a <br /> very tight schedule required by the home owner's lender.
