Show the swing of all new exterior doors on the plans. Provide min 36" landing, <br /> measured in the direction of travel, at least as wide as the door. <br /> 2. Designate new and existing windows and doors on the plans. Such as "replace existing <br /> Y X Y window with new 66"X 48". <br /> 3. Show a different wall type symbol for new construction including new sidewalls at <br /> second floor and at windows that are being replaced with a wall. <br /> 4. Provide 110 volt smoke alarm in existing bedroom on the main floor/R314 International <br /> Residential Code (IRC). <br /> 5.
