6. The door from the store mezzanine will exit into the space <br /> between 2918 and 2916 Hoyt. The distance from the <br /> structure at 2918 is 32" f rom the property line. This limits <br /> the width of the exit stairway to 32". We're requesting a <br /> waiver of the 36" clearance to accommodate these stairs <br /> (6 steps to the ground). <br /> 7. The proposed window display area in the small bay is now <br /> eliminated. 2x6 framing and access door will not be built. <br /> 8. We will have the store ready for a framing inspection <br /> Tuesday AM Oct. 8th.
