Please review and respond to the comments <br /> below. In order for the processing of your application to continue, it will be necessary to <br /> provide the Building Division with two complete new sets of construction documents reflecting <br /> the corrections requested. Please include a response letter which indicates how the corrections <br /> were resolved. <br /> General <br /> Please include on the cover sheet the required codes, construction type, and occupant <br /> load, based on the floor area under the scope of the permit, as part of the code <br /> analysis. The number of units should also be identified in the code analysis. Please <br /> number the apartment units on the plans for reference. <br /> O2. Please include on the cover sheet the method of compliance with RCW 64.55. A <br /> completed worksheet is required with the building permit application. A submittal <br /> checklist and worksheet has been attached for your reference. <br /> a. State law RCW 64.55 applies to building enclosure revisions. Please submit <br /> enclosure details and a stamped/signed professional certification per RCW 64.55, <br /> or a county recorded Sales Prohibition covenant. Either documentation submittal <br /> is required prior to the issuance of a building permit. <br /> �3. The drawings should show the extent of fire damage repair to indicate minimum <br /> compliance with the 2012 International Property Maintenance Code for the building. <br /> The 2012 IPMC is also the minimum basis for compliance for the whole structure. The <br /> drawings should also show the extent of remode/to indicate minimum compliance with <br /> the 2012 International Building Code. <br /> \% 4. The drawings should show the extent of demolition, including walls and plumbing <br /> fixtures. <br />
