International Fire Code (IF*, the 2012 International Mechanical Ode (IMC), and the 2012 <br /> Washington State Energy Code (WSEC), as amended by the State of Washington and adopted <br /> by the City of Everett. The current IBC referenced standard for accessible design is the 2009 <br /> "Accessible and Usable Buildings and Facilities" (ICC/ANSI A117.1). Federal ADA regulations and <br /> standards may be more restrictive. These comments address building issues only. Additional <br /> revisions or additions may be required by other departments (such as Utilities, Traffic, Planning <br /> or Fire).
