Please review and <br /> respond to the comments below. In order for the processing of your application to <br /> continue, it will be necessary to provide the Building Division with two complete <br /> new sets of construction documents reflecting the corrections requested. Please <br /> include a response letter which indicates how the corrections were resolved. <br /> General <br /> 1. Previous comment.- Please include on the construction type (each type has either an A <br /> or B designation), and occupant load, based on the floor area under the scope of the <br /> permit, as part of the code analysis. The number of units should also be identified in the <br /> code analysis. Please number the apartment units on the plans for reference. <br /> 2. Previous comment. Please include on the cover sheet the method of compliance with <br /> RCW 64.55. A completed worksheet is required with the building permit application. A <br /> county recorded Sales Prohibition covenant is required for building permit. The recent <br /> submittal shows that the covenant is notarized, but not filed with the county. <br /> 3. Previous comment- The drawings should show the extent of fire damage repair and <br /> new construction (including drywall). Please do so by the use of notes, or a <br /> legend, or details, or some combination, to indicate the scope of new work under permit <br /> (for inspection). <br /> a. Please show new work on the plans and elevations. <br /> Structural <br /> 1. Previous comment.- Please submit framing drawings which show the structural supports <br /> of the roof to clearly identify existing and new work per what has occurred in the field, <br /> and any resulting structural revisions required. Please reference details to the specific <br /> location on the framing plans. <br />
