Construction type indicated as type VB. Each unit labeled on the floor plans with a total <br /> of 4 units <br /> 2. The owner signed and reordered a Sales Prohibition Covenant. Please see attached <br /> 3. Affected fire area noted on the plans to clarify the new work being done with a hatch <br /> pattern and notes in each room as existing sheetrock or new sheetrock. <br /> Structural <br /> 1. The area of new framing replacing in kind the over framed dormer has been included on <br /> the roof framing plan <br /> 2. Guard rail and grab bar detail drawn on page A3 to show the appropriate load per IBC <br /> code <br /> Construction <br /> 1. 1 HR Fire rated wall details updated to show sound and fire wall separation between <br /> units and floors <br /> 2. Roof insulation clarified to be installed in fire damaged area. Detail added to the section <br /> showing the roof ventilation. <br /> 3. Detail updated on pager A3 to show the 4" sphere should not pass through the pickets <br /> 4. Grab bar detail updated and shows location on plans. Height and extensions updated. <br /> 5. Window and door schedule updated all others not noted to remain as existing <br /> 6. Carbon monoxide detectors should be hardwired and placed near sleeping areas in <br /> each floor and unit <br /> 7. Bathroom fan updated with notes stating to vent outside <br /> 8.
