She advised me that the entire house is now vacated. Cynthia Sams is moving a few personal items out of <br /> the house and the basement tenants left several months ago. <br /> We have no record of a basement dwelling unit on this property although the county assessor shows a duplex on the <br /> property. I spoke to Candy Jones this morning and set up a tentative inspection for next week Tuesday, June 11 at <br /> 10:00 am. She will have the entire house available for inspection. If you agree with this time, I will confirm it with Candy <br /> Jones.They may rent the house or sell it.
