Ted Budden <br /> From: Ted Budden <br /> Sent: Tuesday, June 11, 2013 3:10 PM <br /> To: Cynthia Keirsey <br /> Subject: 3706 Hoyt <br /> Hi Cindy, <br /> Here is a brief summary of our findings and observations for the property inspected this AM. at 3706 Hoyt. <br /> 1.The basement apartment has been created without required permits and approvals. <br /> 2.The basement apartment lacks required egress opening at the bedroom. <br /> 3.The apartments lack the required one hour fire resistive construction between units. <br /> 4.Various plumbing, mechanical and electrical code violations were observed throughout the structure. (see attached <br /> photos) <br /> 5.The Electrical panel lacks the required working clearance in front of the panel. (where the kitchen cabinet are <br /> installed) <br /> 6.The Electrical panel appears overloaded. <br /> 7.The roof dormers appear added without required permits and approvals. <br /> 8.The building is now vacant and should remain so until approved by this department. <br /> 9.
