i i <br /> Geotechnical Engineering Evaluation NGA File No.870113 <br /> Packer Property March 11,2013 <br /> Retaining Walls and Steep Slope Evaluation Page 2 <br /> Everett,Washington <br /> The recent events involved the steep slopes on the neighbor's property and the portion of the ravine <br /> immediately below the lower western block wall on the Packer property. We have been informed that <br /> somewhat similar landslide events occurred within this area in December 1996 and March 2005, <br /> The City of Everett has determined that the walls were constructed without a permit and have requested a <br /> geotechnical evaluation of the retaining walls and the overall stability of the slope. The purpose of this <br /> report is to provide recommendations for improving site conditions to satisfy the City's concerns.
