A series of retaining walls had <br /> been constructed on the property above a ravine and partially on the property to the west within the steep <br /> slope area. A landslide occurred on the slope below the walls in November 2012. We were retained to <br /> evaluate the steep slope, landslide, and existing walls, and provide mitigation measures to stabilize the <br /> steep slope, landslide area and existing block walls.
