Additional revisions or additions may be <br />required by other departments (such as Utilities, Planning or Fire). All references refer to the <br />(2009 International Building Code,) (2009 International Residential Code,) as amended by the <br />State of Washington and/or Washington State Energy Code 2009 Edition, and adopted by the <br />City of Everett, unless stated otherwise. <br />In order for the processing of your application to continue, it will be necessary to <br />provide the Building Division with two new complete sets of drawings reflecting the <br />corrections requested. <br />1. Provide section and/or details for exterior "skirting" capable of resisting wind and <br />seismic loading. <br />2. Specify all window sizes, designate as existing or new. Show all windows in proposed <br />configuration. <br />3. Provide all header sizes, species and grade of lumber, and location on plans. <br />4. Note on drawing "50% of all luminaires shall be high efficacy luminaires" per WA State <br />Energy Code (WSEC). <br />5. Provide minimum 50 CFM exhaust fans, vented outside, in "bathroom 104". <br />6. Show water heater location on plans. Specify seismic straps and pressure relief valve. <br />7. How is structure heated?
