8. Note on plans "whole house fan to be continuously operated" or provide calculation for <br />intermittent fan per M1508.3 IRC, <br />9. Specify on plans how fresh air is provided for compliance with Section M1508 <br />International Residential Code (IRC). <br />10. Provide handrail per R311.7.7 IRC. Show requirement on plans. Show location of <br />handrail on plans. <br />11. Detail 2 on sheet A1.0 Typ. Ceiling detail, shows 2 x 6 joists spliced to 2 x 4 studs. Show <br />in plans where this condition is proposed. If the intent is to increase the span of the <br />ceiling joists, show bearing for new ceiling joists. Provide gravity calc's for new ceiling <br />joists. <br />12. Guard shall not allow the passage of a 6" sphere through the triangular opening created <br />by the tread, riser and the guard. Show on plans. <br />13. All bathroom fixtures shall be provided with minimum clearances per section R307 and <br />figure R307.1 IRC. <br />14. Provide roof framing plan. Show size, species and grade of all members. Provide 6 mil black moisture barrier in crawl space. Lap edges 12". Show on plans. <br />20. Provide crawl space ventilation calculation. Show size and location of all foundation <br />vents. One vent shall be located within 3'-0" of all corners. <br />21. Specify insulation in floor joists. Insulation shall be permanently supported at not more <br />than 24" o.c. Show on plans. <br />
