Additionai revisions or additions may be <br />required by other departments (such as Utilities, Planning or Fire). All references refer to the <br />(2009 International Building Code,) (2009 International Residential Code,) as amended by the <br />State of Washington and/or Washington State Energy Code 2009 Edition, and adopted by the <br />City of Everett, unless stated otherwise. <br />In order for the processing of your application to continue, it ve►ill be necessary to <br />provide the Building Division va►ith two new complete sets of drawings reflecting the <br />corrections requested. <br />1. Cementious skirting panels are not rated for structural resistance to wind and seismic <br />loading. Provide detail of approved material to resist wind and seismic loading. <br />2. Note on drawing "50% of all luminaires shall be high efficac luminaires" per WA State <br />Energy Code (WSEC). <br />3. Specify how minimum prescriptive design requirements for whole house ventilation <br />system is provided. Each dwelling shall be equipped with a ventilation system complying <br />with Section M1508.4, M1508.5, M150$.6 or M1508.7. Specify. <br />;' <br />4. Provide roof framing plan. Show location of all girder trusses and show how point loads <br />are provided with support to the foundation. <br />5.
