Code references were changed in some instances and incorrect code references <br />were added (King County?). <br />Answer: Remove old and king county codes on cover sheet. <br />2. The main floor of this structure was issued a certificate of occupary fora grocery <br />store. No permits were issued to convert the main floor into living space. All <br />requirements of the energy code apply to the 1 floor, including R-30 insulation in the <br />floor and R-21 <br />Answer: Add 15" high floors on main floor for R-30 insulation and 5.5" furring <br />walls to all exterior walls for R-21 insulation to convert a grocery store to a <br />living space on main floor. See sheet 2,3. <br />3.
