U <br />� <br />Therefore, the Everett Planning Director is approving the proposed Comprehensive Sign <br />Design Plan (Review Process II #10-003) for the Everett Community Coliege including the <br />Digital Readerboard Sign, Monument Signs and Freestanding Signs.as pr.eviously <br />referenced subject to the following conditions: <br />1) The applicant must obtain a Building Permit from the Everett Building Department prior to <br />the installation of the approved sign. <br />2) The signs shall not block fire department connections, fire hydrants and fire lanes. <br />3) Any changes to the approved signage including size, height or location is subject to review <br />and approval by the Planning Director and may require a 14-day public comment and <br />appeal period. <br />Right to Appeal: You may appeal this determination by filing an appeal on forms provided by <br />the Planning Department and a fee to the Planning/Community Development Permit Services <br />Counter at 3200 Cedar Street, 2nd Floor, by 5:00 p.m. on March .24, 2010.
