September 28, 2016 <br /> Debra Bryant, Administration, stated she will ask Dave Davis, Public <br /> Works, to report back to the Council. <br /> ADMINISTRATION UPDATE ON PRIOR BUSINESS <br /> Debra Bryant, Administration, had no report. <br /> CITY ATTORNEY <br /> City Attorney Iles requested an executive session, anticipated to last no <br /> longer than 15 minutes, concerning a real estate matter pursuant to RCW <br /> 42.30.110(1)(b) with no announcement to follow. <br /> CITIZEN COMMENTS <br /> Jackie Minchew, Everett, spoke about the Casino Road stakeholders <br /> meeting and presidential elections. <br /> Glen Bachman, Everett, spoke about a need for housing for homeless. <br /> Ray Keasey, Redmond, spoke about the homeowner's eviction process <br /> administered by Snohomish County. <br /> COUNCIL BRIEFING AGENDA: <br /> Update on the City of Everett's work with Catholic Housing Services <br /> to provide supportive (low-barrier) housing for chronically homeless <br /> in the community. <br /> Presented by Hil Kaman, Administration; Will Rice, <br /> Catholic Community Services; and Rob Van Tassell, <br /> Catholic Housing Services. <br /> Discussion took place about the criteria for accepting residents, measures <br /> to avoid a negative effect on the community, ADA compliance, the <br /> percentage of drugs and alcohol dependent residents, a vision for the <br /> 301 <br />
