Additional revisions or additions may be <br />required by other departments (such as Utilities, Planning or Fire). All references refer to the <br />(2009 International Building Code,) (2009 International Residential Code,) as amended by the <br />State of Washington and/or Washington State Energy Code 2009 Edition, and adopted by the <br />City of Everett, unless stated otherwise. <br />In order for the processing of your application to continue, it will be necessary to <br />provide the Building Division with two new complete sets of drawings reflecting the <br />corrections requested. <br />1. Provide gravity calculations for "new 4 x 8 BM" supporting 2�d floor in living room. <br />2. Provide posts or multiple studs supporting new beam in the living room. <br />3. Trace point loads from new beam in living room to the foundation. Show footing on <br />plans. <br />4. Provide 110 volt smoke alarms with battery back-up, interconnected. <br />5. Specify Washington State Energy Code (WSEC) requirements on plans for all <br />components, including window u-value, insulation in existing 2 x 4 walls, ceiling and <br />floor. <br />6. Specify size and location of egress window in master bedroom.
