7. Provide section and detail drawings for "new sub-floor support system" in kitchen and <br />utility room. Specify footing/post connection (ADSST?). Specify minimum 18" clear <br />crawl space and minimum 12" clear under girders. <br />8. Specify tempered safety glass at hazardous locations as defined in Section R308 <br />International Residential Code (IRC). Show on plans. <br />9. Provide details for guard at front porch and at top of stairs per Section R312 IRC. <br />10. Provide handrail at all stairs with 4 or more risers. Show requirements on plans. Show <br />handrails on plans. <br />li. Provide framing plan and section of drop ceiling in kitchen. <br />12. Specify fire blocking at concealed spaces. Show on plans. <br />13. Specify size and location of source specific ventilation. Note on plans: exhaust fans shall <br />be vented to the e�erior. <br />14.
