CAD files for any design changes made to drawings during construction. <br /> Task 9 - Additional Services <br /> Objective <br /> Provide a means of undertaking and compensating BHC for (approved) out-of-scope <br /> engineering work without delaying the project. In general, such work would be as requested by <br /> the City. Activities that could be included in Task 9 include: additional hydraulic modeling, <br /> investigation of alternative flow diversion methods, review of proposed contractor changes, <br /> review of alternative shoring design submittals, attendance at additional site visits or <br /> construction meetings, etc. <br /> BHC Services <br /> 1. It is difficult to accurately anticipate potential out-of-scope tasks that may arise during the <br /> development of the project. This task establishes a contingency fund for unidentified and <br /> unanticipated work to proceed in a timely manner. <br /> City of Everett Responsibilities <br /> 1. When identified, authorize additional services by email and/or in writing. <br /> Assumptions <br /> 1.
