In order to meet stormwater management requirements for this project, the Boeing Company will <br /> contract with the Snohomish County Airport—Paine Field (Airport) to provide storm water detention in <br /> the Airport's Alpha regional detention facility(Alpha Pond). Stormwater treatment will occur, in <br /> accordance with the Airport's requirements, prior to discharge to the Alpha Pond. Therefore, <br /> Snohomish County will be responsible for the review and approval of the stormwater treatment and <br /> flow control facilities and design documents for this project.
