However, I don't think that's what Paul is asking you.... In my understanding, Paul is asking you what type of confirmation the City needs that the proposed language has been/will be fulfilled prior to the City issuing the permit to construct the project. The bottom line is what does the City need to C our A later on if somebody downstream isn't happy with the results... It does not address the design review. I had sent the airport your original email below a few weeks ago and they agreed to do the design review.
