List and describe BMPs: <br /> Vehicle, Construction Equipment, and petroleum dispensing: All vehicles, equipment and <br /> petroleum dispensing will be inspected regularly to detect any leaks or spills and to identify <br /> maintenance needs. Spill prevention measures will be used when conducting maintenance on <br /> vehicles and equipment. Contaminated surfaces shall be cleaned immediately following any <br /> spill incident. <br /> All containers will be clearly labeled to identify the product contained in them. The integrity of <br /> labels on original containers is to be maintained. This includes secondary containers. <br /> Secondary containers are to have appropriate labels that include product identification and <br /> hazard warnings. <br /> All chemical liquids, fluids, and petroleum products will be stored on an impervious surface that <br /> is contained. Hazardous materials will be stored in covered/enclosed containers and clearly <br /> labeled. If hazardous materials are brought on site the Boeing Onsite Activity Representative <br /> will be notified and coordinated with. Approximately 500 gallons of fuel will be stored on site. <br /> Secondary containment will be provided for any transfer of hazardous materials and storage of <br /> hazardous materials with a minimum capacity to contain 110% of the volume of the largest <br /> container. Flammable liquids/chemicals will be stored in flammable containers and kept at a <br /> minimum of 20 ft. away from ignition sources. Daily inspections will be done on all secondary <br /> containment areas to ensure no leaks are taking place. <br /> MSDS sheets will be required to be provided with all liquids and chemicals onsite. The MSDS <br /> sheets will be provided to the Hoffman Superintendent a minimum of 2 weeks prior to any work <br /> with the product on the project. MSDS sheets will be kept in Adam Bonners office, at area of <br /> work if needed, at the communication board, and submitted to Boeing Everett Environmental <br /> Affairs. <br /> • Material Delivery, Storage and Containment (BMP C153) <br /> Installation Schedules: Throughout the project <br /> Inspection and Maintenance plan: <br /> Daily inspections will be done on all secondary containment areas to ensure no leaks are taking <br /> place. Hazardous waste will follow the Haz-78 Construction Debris Disposal process. Paints, <br /> solvents and hazardous related waste will be put in containers with liners and labels obtained <br /> from the 40-15 building. When the container is full it will be sent to the 40-15 building per Boeing <br /> guidelines for disposal <br /> Responsible Staff: Hoffman Constrcution & All Subcontractors <br /> Will wheel wash or tire bath system BMPs be used during construction? <br /> ® Yes❑ No <br /> If yes, provide disposal methods for wastewater generated by BMPs. <br /> Page 124 <br />
