Construction concrete washout is planned to be done onsite using an eco-pan type system <br /> pending approval from Boeing EHS. On a weekly basis the Eco Pans will be disposed of offsite <br /> at an approved facility. <br /> Process water, which includes concrete washout, wheel wash water, and sweeper truck <br /> wastewater, shall be hauled off site to an appropriate disposal site, or discharged after <br /> treatment to the sanitary sewer with local agency and Boeing Environmental Affairs approval. <br /> Process water shall not be discharged to the storm drain. <br /> Sanitary Wastewater: Portable sanitation facilities will be firmly secured, regularly maintained <br /> and emptied when necessary. <br /> Hoffman will manage material waste generated on site. All waste that can be recycled will be. <br /> There will be dumpster's onsite for construction debris and disposed of through local waste <br /> management. There will be dumpsters for recycled waste and general trash. Recycle <br /> dumpsters will be clearly labeled indicating what materials can be put in them; concrete, steel, <br /> metals, cardboard, wood, etc.. Dumpsters will be managed by Hoffman but subs are <br /> responsible for removal of debris from work areas to the dumpsters. <br /> Installation Schedules: Throughout the project <br /> Inspection and Maintenance plan: <br /> Hazardous waste will follow the Haz-78 Construction Debris Disposal process. Paints, solvents <br /> and hazardous related waste will be put in containers with liners and labels obtained from the <br /> 40-15 building. When the container is full it will be sent to the 40-15 building per Boeing <br /> guidelines for disposal <br /> All material will be properly stored and contained in double containment depending on the type <br /> of chemical/liquid. If a spill does occur spill containment kits will be kept on site in case of a spill <br /> to be cleaned up immediately. All subcontractors will be required to keep and maintain their own <br /> spill kits on site depending on their material use. If a spill does occur cleanup will follow the <br /> emergency response hazardous substances sheet. If a spill does not meet all the criteria in the <br /> sheet the spill will be immediately reported to Boeing Fire/Security at 206-655-2222. <br /> Responsible Staff: <br /> Hoffman Constrution & All Subcontractors <br /> Will maintenance, fueling, and/or repair of heavy equipment and vehicles occur on-site? <br /> ® Yes❑ No <br /> If yes, describe spill prevention and control measures in place while conducting maintenance, <br /> fueling, and repair of heavy equipment and vehicles. <br /> If yes, also provide the total volume of fuel on-site and capacity of the secondary containment <br /> for each fuel tank.
