Reportedly, an SSTB16 anchor was not installed correctly and must be replaced. The SSTB anchor <br /> may be replaced with a 5/8"threaded rod, installed with Simpson SET-XP anchoring adhesive embedded in the <br /> concrete 7 inches. The adhesive and threaded rod must be installed in accordance to the manufacturer's <br /> specifications.
