8. As-builts of storm sewer, sanitary sewer, and water systems will be required to be <br /> submitted per Design and Construction Standards and Specifications for Development. <br /> 9. The broken and damaged sidewalk on 36th Ave W. shall be repaired/replaced per the <br /> City Public Works Inspector. <br /> 10. Stormwater management on the site shall be in substantial compliance with the submitted <br /> Storm Site Plan,dated 2/12/2010 except that that pretreatment system must provide a <br /> dead storage volume equal to 100%of the volume of the 6-moth,24-hr storm in <br /> accordance with City standards,or shall be a system which has received a GULD from <br /> the Department of Ecology for pretreatment. Final construction drawings shall be <br /> submitted to and approved by the City prior to building permit issuance.These drawings <br /> shall demonstrate that the proposed stormwater management facilities and practices are <br /> also in compliance with City design policies current on 2/12/2010 and either the City's <br /> 1997 Stormwater Management Manual(as updated in 1999 and 2000), or the City's 2010 <br /> Stormwater Management Manual (effective date 2/15/2010). <br /> 12. Soil compaction testing shall be performed throughout the construction of the public <br /> street and utilities. Density curves shall be submitted to the Public Works Department <br /> prior to permits being issued for any aspect of the project.All work performed by the <br /> geotechnical engineer or testing lab shall be reported directly to the City Public Works <br /> Inspector before covering work can be continued by the contractor. Daily reports shall be <br /> kept by the soils investigator/tester and submitted to the Public Works Inspector within <br /> 24 hours. <br /> 13. All exposed ground must be reseeded within 3 0 days of the completion of construction.If <br /> reseeding is not practical due to weather or seasonal problems,the ground must be <br /> covered with mulch as directed by the City Engineer. <br /> 14. Temporary erosion control measures for construction activity must be operational prior to <br /> commencement of any clearing or earthwork. <br /> Zoning Code Requirements: <br /> 1.
