I know that City of Everett is a different jurisdiction and more <br />strict jurisdiction will override the states requirements. City of Everett requires 36 inch vs. State's 32 inch <br />for existing structures for staircases for Adult Family Homes correct? <br />» <br />» So my question/request is would you consider giving me an exception or variance on this? I will of course <br />comply with whatever you require at the end.
