t \ <br /> The purpose of the Shoreline Residential use environment is to: <br /> • provide for a continuation of residential and accessory uses, <br /> • protect steep slope areas that are unsuitable for further development, and <br /> • provide for compatible shoreline public access activities. <br /> Classification Criteria <br /> Properties abutting Silver Lake in Sections 30 and 19,Township 28N,Range 4E; Maulsby <br /> Swamp,Port Gardner Bay,and Lake Stickney that are designated single or multiple family <br /> residential on the Comprehensive Plan, except for the Swamp Creek wetland and buffer located at <br /> the northwest portion of Lake Stickney, and except for the property located south of Thornton A. <br /> Sullivan Park acquired in 1999 by the City of Everett for park purposes. <br /> Area Designated <br /> 1. The residential properties abutting Silver Lake that are located west of SR 527 <br /> (See Figure 4.11): <br /> • The area located north of Silver Lake extending from the east property line of <br /> Thornton A. Sullivan Park to the east property line of parcel number <br /> 4943 005 001 00. The shoreline jurisdiction includes the land within 200 feet of the <br /> ordinary high water mark of Silver Lake. <br /> • The area south and west of Silver Lake extending from the south property line of the <br /> recently purchased city-owned park land(the north property line of parcel number <br /> 5749 000 013000)to the west boundary of Hauge Homestead Park. The shoreline <br /> jurisdiction includes the land within 200 feet of the ordinary high water mark of <br /> Silver Lake. <br /> Vision Statement <br /> Residential and park use will continue in this area. <br /> 2. Lake Stickney (See Figure 4.15): All lands on the north, east and south portions of <br /> Lake Stickney between the west property line of parcel number 3740 000 027 00(lot 27 <br /> of the Replat of Lots 5 &6 Block 7 Alderwood Manor No. 11) to the northwest property <br /> line of parcel number 4939 000 055 00(lot 55 of Lake Stickney Tracts) . The shoreline <br /> jurisdiction includes the land within 200 feet of the ordinary high water mark of Lake <br /> Stickney and associated wetlands. <br /> Vision: <br /> Single family use around Lake Stickney will continue. The public <br /> access,wetlands and streams at the north and west portions of the lake <br /> will be preserved. <br /> 3. Lowell-Larimer Road: (See Figure 4.20) The properties designated residential on the <br /> Comprehensive Plan that are located in and within 200 feet of the floodway along <br /> Lowell-Larimer Road south of Lowell. <br /> 10 <br />
