Ms. Curtismith urged City Council to use existing <br /> regulatory and economic tools to begin immediately profiting from 1-502 <br /> businesses. <br /> COUNCIL BRIEFING AGENDA: <br /> Waterfront Center(formerly North Marina Redevelopment) Planned <br /> Development Overlay Modification <br /> Presented by Port Commissioner Glen Bachman and <br /> Terrie Battuello, Port of Everett Chief of Business <br /> Development <br /> Authorize the Mayor to sign a Professional Services Agreement <br /> with the Gordian Group for Job Order Contracting Services in the <br /> estimated amount of$100,000.00. <br /> Presented by Clark Langstraat, Purchasing; <br /> Garrett Siri and Rory Woolsey, The Gordian Group <br /> Council Member Murphy asked additional questions about the <br /> compensation model and variable fee schedule.
