Moore Historic City Hall on <br /> September 13, 2014, 6 a.m. to 4 p.m., sponsored by the City of <br /> Everett. <br /> BID CALL — WATER FILTRATION PLANT PLC REPLACEMENT <br /> To authorize a call for construction bids for the Water Filtration Plant <br /> PLC Replacement project. <br /> REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS — JOB ORDER CONTRACTING <br /> To authorize RFP 2014-061 for Job Order Contracting (JOC) for <br /> General Construction Services. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes except Council <br /> Members Moore, Gipson and Stonecipher who were excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> ACTION ITEMS: <br /> AGREEMENT — EVERETT PERFORMING ARTS CENTER <br /> Moved by Council Member Roberts, seconded by Council Member <br /> Anderson, to authorize the Mayor to execute the attached agreement <br /> with Village Theatre for management of the Everett performing Arts <br /> Center and presentation of theatrical productions through August 31, <br /> 2018, in the amount of $287,534.12 for the first year, with annual <br /> adjustments based on the Consumer Price Index. <br /> 241 <br />
