August 27, 2014 <br /> David Schatz, Everett, expressed concern regarding the City of Everett's <br /> proposal to contract maintenance work at the Everett Performing Arts <br /> Center to a private company. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes except Council <br /> Members Moore, Gipson and Stonecipher who were excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT — SEATTLE REGIONAL MARITIME <br /> THREAT RESPONSE GROUP <br /> Moved by Council Member Murphy, seconded by Council Member <br /> Roberts, to authorize the Mayor to sign the Memorandum of <br /> Agreement formalizing the Everett Police Department's participation <br /> in the Seattle Regional Maritime Threat Response Group, at no cost <br /> to the city. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes except Council <br /> Members Moore, Gipson and Stonecipher who were excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> LAND USE LICENSE <br /> Moved by Council Member Roberts, seconded by Council Member <br /> Anderson, to authorize the Mayor to sign Land Use License No. 60- <br /> NW1308 with the Washington State Department of Natural <br /> Resources. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes except Council <br /> Members Moore, Gipson and Stonecipher who were excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> 242 <br />
