May 4, 2016 <br /> CITY ATTORNEY <br /> City Attorney Iles requested an executive session, anticipated to last no <br /> longer than 15 minutes, concerning a legal / real estate matter pursuant <br /> to RCW 42.30.110(1)(b) and RCW 42.30.110(1)(i)(c) with no <br /> announcement to follow. <br /> City Attorney Iles reported on two rules being proposed by the Washington <br /> State Department of Ecology relating to transportation of oil by rail and oil <br /> spills. He announced that public hearings will be held on both rules on <br /> May 23, 2016, at the Everett Holiday Inn, beginning at 1:00 p.m. <br /> CITIZEN COMMENTS <br /> Jackie Minchew, Everett, spoke about climate action.
