The minimum utility connection fee shall be the fee charged for a water demand of 200,000 cu. ft. <br /> per month at $7,038 per 900 cu. ft. per month. Approval of the Mayor is required for all connection fees <br /> determined under this provision. <br /> Section 10. Said determinations shall use $7,705 per 900 cu. ft. per month of <br /> estimated water demand to calculate the total charge. The total charge may be reduced or increased based on <br /> the following considerations: <br /> A. Proximity to the sewage treatment plant. <br /> B. Pumping requirements to supply water to the proposed development. <br /> C. Pumping requirements to convey the proposed development's sewage effluent to the sewage <br /> treatment plant. <br /> D. System improvements to be made by the developer. <br />
