Location outside the City limits. <br /> The minimum utility connection fee shall be the fee charged for a water demand of 200,000 cu. ft. <br /> per month at $7,705 per 900 cu. ft. per month. Approval of the Mayor is required for all connection fees <br /> determined under this provision. <br /> Section 11: <br /> A. In calculating reconnections, credit for both water and sewer connections charges shall <br /> be given for the historical water consumption of the previous occupancy where a <br /> developer is changing the land use or constructing new facilities on a site previously <br /> connected to the water and/or the sewer system. <br /> B.
