Said determinations shall use $1,704 per 900 cu. ft. per month of estimated <br /> water demand to calculate the total charge. The total charge may be reduced or increased based on the <br /> following considerations: <br /> A. Proximity to the sewage treatment plant. <br /> B. Pumping requirements to supply water to the proposed development. <br /> C. Pumping requirements to convey the proposed development's sewage effluent to the sewage <br /> treatment plant. <br /> D. System improvements to be made by the developer. <br /> E. Peak demand for water. Peak flow for sewer. <br /> F. Fire demand. <br /> G. Estimated sewage effluent quality. <br /> H. Proximity to the water filtration plant. <br /> I. Location outside the City limits. <br />
