Location outside the City limits. <br /> The minimum utility connection fee shall be the fee charged for a water demand of 200,000 cu. ft. <br /> per month at $3,037 per 900 cu. ft. per month. Approval of the Mayor is required for all connection fees <br /> determined under this provision. <br /> Section 4.
