April 4, 2012 <br /> AGREEMENT — RESTORATION PLAN/URBAN FORESTED AREAS <br /> Moved by Council Member Affholter, seconded by Council Member <br /> Moore, to authorize the Mayor to sign a professional services <br /> agreement with Forterra to develop and implement a restoration plan <br /> for several publicly owned urban forested areas within the city of <br /> Everett in the amount of$70,000.00. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes except Council <br /> Members Hatloe and Stonecipher. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> RESOLUTION — FACILITY DEVELOPMENT/HENRY M JACKSON PARK <br /> Moved by Council Member Nielsen, seconded by Council Member <br /> Roberts, to adopt Resolution No. 6483 authorizing the submittal of a <br /> grant funding application to the Washington State Recreation and <br /> Conservation Office to aid in financing the cost of facility <br /> development for Senator Henry M. Jackson Park. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes except Council <br /> Members Hatloe and Stonecipher. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> AGREEMENT — MARKETING/ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT SERVICES <br /> Moved by Council Member Moore, seconded by Council Member <br /> Roberts, to ratify council's prior action of January 25, 2012, wherein <br /> council authorized the Mayor to sign a professional services <br /> agreement with the Economic Alliance Snohomish County to provide <br /> marketing and economic development technical services in the <br /> amount of$75,000.00. <br /> 95 <br />
