April 25, 2012 <br /> Council Member Roberts thanked the committee and staff. He stated that <br /> the protection of community development block grant dollars at the federal <br /> level is a number one priority for our city as well as the Association of <br /> Washington Cities. These are critical dollars for our health and human <br /> service programs. <br /> ACTION ITEMS: <br /> GRANT APPLICATION — 2012 EDWARD BYRNE MEMORIAL JUSTICE <br /> ASSISTANCE GRANT <br /> Moved by Council Member Hatloe, seconded by Council Member <br /> Moore to authorize the Mayor to approve the application FY 2012 <br /> Edward Byrne Memorial Justice Assistance Grant for submittal to the <br /> United States Department of Justice in the amount of$60,091.00. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes except Council <br /> Members Stonecipher and Affholter who were excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> COUNCIL BILL NO. 1204-22 <br /> THIRD AND FINAL READING: <br /> AN ORDINANCE approving the appropriations of the 2012 <br /> revised City of Everett budget and amending Ordinance No. <br /> 3248-11 <br /> Moved by Council Member Moore, seconded by Council Member Roberts <br /> that this is declared to be the third and final reading of Council Bill No. <br /> 1204-22 and the city clerk is directed to call the roll for the final disposition <br /> of the ordinance. <br /> 120 <br />
