3. Service Connection Charges. Service connection installations outside the City limits of <br /> all sizes shall be charged at the actual cost of the complete installation but in no event <br /> shall the charge for a three-quarter inch, a one-inch or a two-inch service be less than <br /> the amount charged for service connections within the City limits. <br /> 4. Delinquent Penalty and Special Charges. The delinquent penalty and special charges as <br /> set forth in Section 7 plus a multiplier of twenty-five percent, shall apply to customers <br /> outside the City limits. <br /> Section 7: Effective January 1, 2011, and thereafter, service charges for the City of Everett sewer <br /> system are hereby fixed as follows: <br /> A. Single family residence: $44.50 per month <br /> (The monthly charge includes Surface Water Quality Protection and Enhancement <br /> and the current state utility tax.) <br /> B. For other than single family residence (multiple family residence, commercial, and <br /> industrial users, etc.) the rate shall be computed in accordance with the following <br /> formula: <br /> Sewer service charge per month= $4.9444 per 100 cubic feet of metered water <br /> consumption <br /> (The monthly charge includes Surface Water Quality Protection and Enhancement <br /> and the current state utility tax.) <br /> The minimum monthly charge regardless of usage shall be $44.50 per month. <br /> C. Septage volume fees: $0.1774 per gallon of discharge <br /> Section 8: Effective January 1, 2011, and thereafter, service for the City of Everett surface water <br /> management services are hereby assessed on all utility customers in Everett not being billed for sewer <br /> service as follows: <br /> A. Single family residence: $12.20 per month <br /> (The monthly charge includes the current state utility tax.) <br /> B. For other than single family residence (multiple family residence, commercial, and <br /> industrial users, etc.).
