Drainage service charge per month=Metered water usage x 12.20 <br /> 900 cu. ft. <br /> (The monthly charge includes the current state utility tax.) <br /> The minimum monthly charge regardless of usage shall be $12.20 per month. <br /> Section 9: Effective January 1, 2012, and thereafter, the monthly water rates and charges, monthly <br /> minimum charges, filtration charges, and provisions relating to rates and charges throughout the water <br /> system shall be as follows: <br /> A. Within the City Limits <br /> 1. Fixed rate accounts—minimum monthly water charge $21.60 <br /> Filtration charge $ 5.10 <br /> Total Fixed Rate $26.70 <br /> 2. a. Domestic metered rates—water charge: <br /> First 600 cu. ft. $12.96 <br /> Over 600 cu. ft. $2.160 per 100 cu. ft. <br /> b. In addition, there shall be added a filtration charge of$0.510 per 100 cu. ft., <br /> $3.06 per month minimum. <br /> c.
