October 29, 2014 <br /> COUNCIL <br /> Council Member Roberts provided a report on his attendance at the <br /> Everett Historical Commission meeting last evening. He also commented <br /> on a meeting he attended earlier this week that was arranged by Pat <br /> McClain, Government Affairs, and others in the region regarding <br /> transportation. Additionally, Council Member Roberts stated he had an <br /> opportunity to present with a group of City and County individuals to the <br /> House Finance Committee regarding shared revenue questions. <br /> Vice President Bader echoed the Mayor's comments regarding the tragic <br /> event that occurred in Marysville. He offered condolences to the affected <br /> communities and thanked those from Everett who responded. He also <br /> provided comments on his attendance at the Council of Neighborhoods <br /> meeting on Monday. <br /> CITY ATTORNEY <br /> Deputy City Attorney Hall requested an executive session, anticipated to <br /> last no more than 40 minutes, following the meeting concerning a legal <br /> matter pursuant to RCW 42.30.110(1)(i)(c). <br /> CITIZEN COMMENTS <br /> Willie Russell, Snohomish County, spoke about various issues related to <br /> the Everett Police Department and legal departments and expressed <br /> dissatisfaction with a recent public disclosure request. Mr. Russell also <br /> offered comments regarding the recent Marysville-Pilchuck High School <br /> event. <br /> COUNCIL BRIEFING AGENDA <br /> Adopt resolution relating to Touchstone Hotel project <br /> Presented by Time Benedict, Legal <br /> 299 <br />
