These comments <br /> address building issues only. Additional revisions or additions may be required by other departments <br /> (such as Utilities, Planning or Fire). All references refer to the (2012 International Building Code,) (2012 <br /> International Residential Code,)'as amended by the State of Washington and/or Washington State Energy <br /> Code 2012 Edition, and adopted by the City of Everett, unless stated otherwise. <br /> In order for the processing of your application to continue, it will be necessary to provide the <br /> Building Division with two new complete sets of drawings reflecting the corrections <br /> requested, along with a reduced set of plans no larger than 11"x 17". <br /> 1. Because of the change of the scope of work by the structural engineer it will be necessary to <br /> provide revised drawings of the basement including a foundation plan showing the locations of all <br /> footings and foundation walls to be replaced as well as footings for intermediate supports, and <br /> new footings. <br /> 2. Specify post/beam connection, post/footing connection. <br /> 3. On foundation plan label use of all spaces. If entire basement is storage, label"Unheated, <br /> Unfinished Storage" <br /> 4.
