In addition Mr. Khan has had Nick Lehtinen, structural engineer. <br /> design an alternate solution to the existing compromised foundation under the original house. <br /> 1 . A new sheet. 1A, has been prepared which shows the entire foundation layout and the new <br /> alternate engineered enhancement. None of the existing concrete walls is now planned to be <br /> removed. All existing column locations are shown. Also noted on this sheet is the requirement for <br /> column connections to beams and concrete. This has also been noted by the structural engineer <br /> on a cross section on sheet 2. <br /> 2. General note added to sheet 1A and on cross section, sheet 2. <br /> 3. On sheet 1A space is labeled as "unheated. unfinished storage". <br /> 4.
