Upon receiving such notice 15 the inspector shall , within one work day following notice, or such 16 additional time as may be reasonably necessary, inspect the same, and such 17 work must be made in the manner prescribed in this ordinance and to the 18 satisfaction of the inspector before trench is backfilled. 19 20 SECTION 15: RIGHT OF ENTRY. 21 As a condition of connection to the Everett municipal sewer system, 22 property owners and/or occupants of property connected thereto shall permit 23 the Public Works Director or his/her authorized representative to enter upon 24 any premises draining sanitary sewage or surface drainage waters into or 25 upon the Everett Municipal sewer system at all reasonable hours to ascertain 26 whether the provisions of this or any other ordinance pertaining to the 27 Everett Municipal sewer system have been complied with, and if he/she shall 28 find any nonconformance with the provisions of this or any other ordinance, 29 he/she shall notify the owner of the premises, or his agent, of the fact. 30 It shall thereupon be the duty of the owner or his agent to cause any 31 nonconforming facilities to be so altered, repaired or reconstructed, as to 32 10
