Upon receiving such notice <br /> 15 <br /> the inspector shall , within one work day following notice, or such <br /> 16 <br /> additional time as may be reasonably necessary, inspect the same, and such <br /> 17 <br /> work must be made in the manner prescribed in this ordinance and to the <br /> 18 <br /> satisfaction of the inspector before trench is backfilled. <br /> 19 <br /> 20 SECTION 15: RIGHT OF ENTRY. <br /> 21 As a condition of connection to the Everett municipal sewer system, <br /> 22 property owners and/or occupants of property connected thereto shall permit <br /> 23 the Public Works Director or his/her authorized representative to enter upon <br /> 24 any premises draining sanitary sewage or surface drainage waters into or <br /> 25 upon the Everett Municipal sewer system at all reasonable hours to ascertain <br /> 26 whether the provisions of this or any other ordinance pertaining to the <br /> 27 Everett Municipal sewer system have been complied with, and if he/she shall <br /> 28 find any nonconformance with the provisions of this or any other ordinance, <br /> 29 he/she shall notify the owner of the premises, or his agent, of the fact. <br /> 30 It shall thereupon be the duty of the owner or his agent to cause any <br /> 31 nonconforming facilities to be so altered, repaired or reconstructed, as to <br /> 32 <br /> 10 <br />
