Surface drainage waters may be connected to combined sewers. 2 Combined sewers shall be allowed only in the North End of the 3 City, as shown on Exhibit I attached hereto, located within the 4 following described area: 5 Beginning at the intersection of the West bank of the Snohomish 6 River and the North line of Section 32, Township 29, North Range 5, E.W.M. ; thence West along the North line thereof to a point of 7 intersection with the Westerly right-of-way margin of Broadway as it now exists; thence Southerly along said Westerly right-of-way 8 to a point of intersection with the Northerly right-of-way margin of Lowell Road. Thence Southwesterly along said right-of-way 9 margin to a point of intersection with the Northerly projected Westerly right-of-way margin of Lombard Avenue; thence Southerly 10 along said Northerly projection and the Westerly right-of-way margin to the Northerly right-of-way margin of 60th Street; 11 thence Westerly along said Northerly right-of-way margin to a point of intersection with the Easterly right-of-way margin of 12 Oakes Avenue; thence South along said Easterly right-of-way margin to the Southerly right-of-way margin of 63rd Street; 13 thence Westerly along said right-of-way margin to a point of intersection with the East line of Section 6, Township 28 North 14 Range 5 E.W.M. ; thence North along said section line to a point of intersection with the Easterly projected North line of the 15 plat of Mountain View Addition according to the plat thereof recorded in Volume 10 of Plats, page 64 records of Snohomish 16 County, Washington; thence Westerly along said Easterly projection and North plat line to the Northwest corner thereof, 17 thence Northerly along the Northerly projected West line of said plat to a point of intersection with the South line of the 18 Northeast one-quarter (NE 1/4) of said Section 6; thence Westerly along said South line to the Easterly right-of-way margin of 19 Evergreen Way; thence Northerly along said right-of-way to the Easterly drainage basin of Pigeon Creek No. 1 ; then Northerly to 20 Mukilteo Boulevard Easterly to Federal Avenue; and thereafter North on Federal Avenue to 35th and West on 35th to Possession 21 Sound and the terminus of this description. 22 C. Except as provided in A and B above, no person(s) or 23 corporation(s) shall connect any source(s) of surface drainage water to a 24 sanitary sewer; provided that an industrial pretreatment permit may include 25 authorization to discharge surface drainage waters or contaminated effluents 26 from other sources to the Everett municipal sewer system under the terms and 27 conditions therein. 28 29 SECTION 5: NO CESSPOOLS, ETC. , TO BE CONNECTED. 30 No person or persons or corporation shall connect any source of 31 sanitary sewage with any sanitary sewer, nor shall any opening whatsoever be 32 3
