Time limit for Review Process II and III permits. <br /> If a complete application has not been filed for 'a building permit or equivalent <br /> construction permit 'within eighteen months on a project for which a land use permit has <br /> been granted under Review Process II or III, and an extension has not been granted: <br /> A. The land use permit shall be deemed to be terminated, except where a time limit on <br /> the land use permit is otherwise established by federal or state law, city ordinance, or an <br /> executed development agreement. <br /> B. If the permittee requests an extension in writing not later than eighteen months from <br /> the land use permit date, the director may grant a six-month extension. <br /> For any reapplication, the city may use the existing SEPA determination or may require <br /> new or additional environmental documents as provided by WAC 197-11-600. <br /> Is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> Time limit for Review Process II and III permits. <br /> Review Process II and III Permits Approved Prior to May 21, 2008 - For all land <br /> use permits under Review Process II and III which were approved prior to May 21, 2008, <br /> for the period of March 25, 2009, until December 31, 2011,. the following shall apply: If <br /> a complete application has not been filed for a building permit or equivalent construction <br /> permit within twenty-four months on a project for which a land use permit has been <br /> approved under Review Process II or III prior to May 21, 2008, and an extension has not <br /> been granted: <br /> A. The land use permit shall be deemed to be terminated, except where a time limit on <br /> the land use permit is otherwise established by federal or state law, city ordinance, or an <br /> executed development agreement. <br /> B. If the permittee requests an extension in writing not later than twenty-four months <br /> from the land use permit date, the director may grant a twelve-month extension.
