Project: Riverfront Development Sanitary Sewer
Lift Station Improvements
Change Order No.4
Change Order Effective Date: March 28, 2016
Schedule "A" Bid Item #204—Additional Dewatering Costs for Lift Station 33 Piping. During
the time the contractor was procuring additional piping materials to construct the pipe modifications at
Lift Station 33,the contractor incurred additional operational costs related to this delay. This bid item
is being added to account for costs to pay for dewatering equipment while procuring materials for
added piping work.
Schedule "B" Bid Item # 106—Lift Station 43 Pipe Modifications. The design engineer added
piping and flexible expansion joints to the piping at Lift Station 43 to accommodate the steel sheet
piles that will remain in the ground at Lift Station 43. The added flexible joints and pipe modifications
will minimize risk of damage to City of Everett facilities resulting from long term settlement.
This Change Order#4 results in an increase to the Contract price of$54,899.63.
Exhibit C—Contract Time: There are 30 working days added to this contract via Change Order
# 4 to account for delays caused while the contractor acquired additional pipe materials.
