I <br /> I <br /> 1 The service cabinet shall be installed on a foundation per City Standard Drawing <br /> I 2 #826 and shall contain Best locks with "blue" construction cores. Meter sockets <br /> 3 shall meet current Snohomish County P.U.D. standards for single-phase <br /> 4 commercial services. The handle shall open away from the door and not rotate <br /> 5 across the key cylinder. <br /> I 6 <br /> 7 A spring-loaded construction core lock capable of accepting a Best 6-pin CX series <br /> 8 core installed by others shall be installed on all doors accessing WSDOT <br /> I 9 equipment. A blue construction core shall be installed at each core lock. Upon <br /> 10 contract completion two master keys, for each cabinet, shall be delivered to the <br /> 11 Engineer. <br /> I 12 <br /> 13 Cabinet doors shall be four-hinged with a two-position door stop assembly and a <br /> 14 three point latch. <br /> I 15 <br /> 16 A three-position terminal block shall be installed between the main electrical <br /> 17 service panel and the photocell assembly base. <br /> I 18 <br /> 19 The cabinet bonding connection shall be a welded plate with stainless steel <br /> 20 hardware, Belleville washers, cu/al lug, and antioxidant compound. The UPS system shall be constructed <br /> 33 for full on line configuration (line interactive type), providing automatic voltage <br /> I 34 regulation and power conditioning when under normal utility power. The transfer from <br /> 35 utility power to battery power and vice versa shall not interfere with the normal <br /> 36 operation of the connected traffic signal controller including conflict monitor and any <br /> I 37 other peripheral devices within the traffic controller assembly. <br /> 38 <br /> 39 The completely assembled UPS system, including enclosure, shall be obtained by <br /> 40 the Contractor from the manufacturer. <br /> I41 <br /> 42 The UPS system shall include the following equipment: <br /> 43 <br /> 44 UPS Cabinet <br /> 45 The enclosure cabinet shall be a CALTRANS approved Type 332 cabinet with the <br /> 46 following: <br /> I 47 <br /> 48 Items 2, 4 and 5 of the first paragraph of Section 9-29.13(7)E shall be provided with <br /> 49 the cabinet.
