Compliance with these goals and time tables is enforced by the <br /> 30 Office of Federal Contract compliance Programs. <br /> I 31 <br /> 32 The Contractor's compliance with the Executive Order and the regulations in 41 <br /> 33 CFR Part 60-4 shall be based on its implementation of the Equal Opportunity <br /> I 34 Clause, specific affirmative action obligations required by the specifications set <br /> 35 forth in 41 CFR 60-4.3(a), and its efforts to meet the goals. The hours of minority <br /> 36 and female employment and training must be substantially uniform throughout the <br /> I 37 length of the contract, in each construction craft and in each trade, and the <br /> 38 Contractor shall make a good faith effort to employ minorities and women evenly <br /> 39 on each of its projects. The transfer of minority or female employees or trainees <br /> 40 from Contractor to Contractor or from project to project for the sole purpose of <br /> 111 41 meeting the Contractor's goal shall be a violation of the contract, the Executive <br /> 42 Order and the regulations in 41 CFR Part 60-4. Compliance with the goals will be <br /> 43 measured against the total work hours performed. <br /> mi- <br /> 44 <br /> 45 3. The Contractor shall provide written notification to the Office of Federal Contract <br /> 46 Compliance Programs (OFCCP) within 10 working days of award of any <br /> I 47 construction subcontract in excess of $10,000 or more that are Federally funded, at <br /> 48 any tier for construction work under the contract resulting from this solicitation.
